I see. At one of my former jobs I had the similar requirement. They were keep changing the Excel files, so we decided to send them a tempate file with the fields protected, so they can not change them, only fill the information.

I also have a program to convert any Excel file to a table. I think I gave it to you at some point, but it was not working correctly with Arabic field names. If your field names are in English, that program should work for you.
