Nope. You must order it from MS. If the person at MS doesn't know what you are talking about, hang up and phone again. It took me 3 or 4 tries at the Canadian 1-800 to get someone to find the product. It is free, and I think they even pay the postage (courier).

The CD isn't just a patch, but is the entire product.
