At one of my clients running SAP Business One we ran into a similar problem:

Instead, we switched to using the PostScript driver for that printer, which seems to work fine.
The problem seems to be very specific to the PCL (5e or 6) drivers for the 4300-series printers, when used with certain specific applications. Other HP models are fine.
