The Erisian week consists of five days: Sweetmorn, Boomtime, Pungenday, Prickle-Prickle, and Setting Orange. The days of the week are named after the five basic Discordian elements, Sweet, Boom, Pungent, Prickle, and Orange. There are 73 of these weeks per year.

SweetMorn. A word whose value is less than 35, A Cabbage.
Boomtime. A word whose value is between two manifest holy numbers.
Pungenday. A word whose value is equal to a manifest holy number.
Prickle-Prickle. A word whose value is equal to more than one manifest holy number.
Setting Orange. A word whose value is greater than 2624, Illuminate the Opposition.
