This message has been marked as the solution to the initial question of the thread.
The windows message problem appears only on windows Vista.
So as the Pc are working under XP i don't have the problem.
Invoking Rasdial i get rid of all windows messages which on the contrary appear if i use dialinternet() function.
I also had the problem of trying to call different numbers to check whis is the good one.
I also solved this problem doing nothing :)
Windows Phonebook gives you the opportunity of storing more than one number in a single connection setup and also remember and use as the first one, the last one whiche succeded in connection.
thANK YOU all anyway
