>Obama did not get to this point by being specific and he certainly isn't going to start now that the general electorate is starting to pay attention. His message is "change" and like every other time that platitude is run on the direction of the change is never spelled out clearly. The goal is twofold. One : make sure people think everything is going wrong, regardless of fact. Two : become the agent to correct the course. This is the Clinton 1992 playbook all over again. The difference is this time the pre-game was much longer, there is no incumbent and events have changed the focus of the discourse.
