Stool is the medicinal expression for feces (usually when one needs to produce a sample).

To know is the biblical term. What the know... though it's much more interesting in Serbian translation, where it's not "on zna" (he knows), but "on pozna" (he recognized). I can imagine - somewhere deeply engaged in this serious activity, he suddenly slaps himself on the forehead and says "now I know! - it's you!".
