Yes, but nevermind; the developer is an idiot.

UPDATE: I take that back. The developer may still be an idiot, but the issue is valid. The debugger/runtime code is different in the form than it is at design time. I put a SET STEP ON into the form INIT, but it was ignored and it crashed on a line that does not exist anymore in design time.

UPDATE2: The developer IS an idiot. Somehow (gremlins) a copy of my form got into a dir in the path. It was compiling the wrong one.
