>>>It's a pretty thin resume, isn't it? Governor for two years of a remote state with a population of 1 million.
>>
>>Experience as a Mayor as well. As governor, she has already achieved more than Obama. She balanced the budge of Alaska, fought special interest groups, leads the national guard of the state, improved the economy of the state, and brought corrupt politicians to justice. Have to give her credit for that.
>>
>>What shouldn't surprise me, but does, is that I'm listening to her speech and the party brought partriotism and military service and fear into it...
>>
>>More - brought her son going to Iraq into it and how important Alaska is as an energy state (the most important), and then women's suffrage of course and how the Dem party failed to meet the challenge.
>>
>>Not only has McCain beat Obama on 'change,' but I think she is more qualified to be President than Obama is...
>>
>>Too bad I disagree with many of her views...
>>
>>Also, Obama may be the more handsome and charismatic presidential candidate, but the same cannot be said of Biden... :o)

>He is a little reptilian, isn't he? That smile is almost creepy.

I wonder if anyone on the other side is considering calling her home town full of bitter clingers, clutching guns, religion, xenophobia, and opposed to trade deals?

Remember: "And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations. " :o)
