There has been along discussion about this on the newsgroups. Are you using the PROMPT verb on the REPORT FORM command? That seems to be the problem. Microsoft published a KB article on this and said to remove all your printer drivers and then reinstall them, but it only fixes part of the problem. The real solution seems to be to not use PROMPT.
