Yep, a softball again.

Here's what I like - more unchallenged rhetoric about Biden being a blue-collar guy outta Scranton. When, in fact, his family left Scranton when he was 10.

This points up to why I have a visceral dislike and distrust of Democrats at the national level even though I'm not a Republican. They lie, disinform, and propagandize to the point that who could ever trust them to keep their word on anything? It amazes me that otherwise intelligent people take anything they say at face value. What's truly amazing is that a lot of there rhetoric is so easily disproven yet they keep at it - with the intention that a lot of folks with never bother to check the veracity because they have lives to live and can't be bothered.

If a Democratic operative says he's holding a nickel you better check your change purse. If a Democrat says the sky is blue you better make sure he's not on Mars. If a Democrat says "we're here to help" you better run screaming.

The GOP does the same thing but at a much more subtle and nuanced level. The GOP will tell you a slanted untruth while the Dems will bald-faced lie. Don't even get me started on the class divisions and racial divisions the Dems love to exploit and/or create.

As someone who's unaffiliated I tend to vote for who doesn't ping my BS meter too highly. I will (and have) voted for principled Democrats like Allen Boyd (D-2nd Congressional Florida) and Bill Nelson (D - Senator, Florida).
