>>>But yep, nobody asked me, so they are under the spotlight. In this case, I think the campaign HQ thought it would be a good idea. I sincerely hope it will backfire and earn some privacy to future politicians' families. Or some other good may come out of this.

>>Nobody asked you, it is true; you are just a volunteer in this business. Also, I am quite aware what kind of 'good' you expect to see from this or any other political business. Get off your noble horse, it doesn't correlate well with your goals. You can play cozy with our fellow American-born members of this board. They don't know the life, at least that part that we both knew.

>I meant that last paragraph literally as I wrote it. And, not quite sure you got it. We have a nearly fatalistic proverb, "who knows why this is good" - when something happens that we think is simply bad, there may be a side effect or unintended repercussion which will later, in retrospect, be good. It's just that we still can't see it, not yet.

>And I haven't formulated any goals, specially not anything nefarious. I'm reacting to things as they happen, off the cuff. I'm not really thinking more than one move ahead - two on good days - and don't have any long term agenda. I'm just like the neighbor who came to say that few tiles on my roof were broken. I couldn't see it from inside, he could. So I'm just playing a fresh pair of outside eyes, since I haven't bought into most of the culture anyway - which I wasn't doing at home, either.

>So what is it that you perceive as my goals?

What the point to play it for so long? I think we got it clear enough already. The best thing would be to stop at this point.
