FWIW I'm seeing the same behaviour as Al and Sergey. In addition:

Clicking the 'Preview'' button on a reply show two copies of the message.
There is no option to 'Update' from the preview window - only the same 'Send,Preview,Cancel' buttons are still displayed.
AFAICS this means the only options are to send the message 'as is' even if you want to change something or to cancel - in which case the whole reply disappears.
