No, they are standing on the top of the hill and watching how the disciples learned the technique. Make that plural, techniques. This is pretty much every trick out of the books, latest bestsellers included. Anything you can think of, from Göbbelsian repetition to viral marketing to fake robocalls to talking points to drive-by blogging... all unsigned. You can only spend your days guessing who would benefit from circulating some text, and how, well aware that you may be wrong, that the intent of the real source was to create an impression that the slime came from elsewhere.
