I think it was actually our fault. We did not press Process button, we assumed that setting output to file was enough.

I have another question. From Stonefield Configuration utility it's possible to invoke Stonefield Query directly. However, when we press this button it calls the local old version and not the actual version we're using from the Network drive. Is it possible to somehow re-point it to call our correct Stonefield Query?
