Oh I was and I am... in the case of the first sentence, there were a few cops' daughters among us, and everybody stayed away from them. Poor girls had a tough time.

Luckily, our politicians would usually move to Novi Sad or Belgrade when they'd go to a higher level, so we didn't have that sort of thing to worry about. And even of those who were still around, their daughters wouldn't look at us hairy rascals, so no problem there either :).
