This doesn't have any effect on the hosted site causing the same issue, but wondering if I need to create this in a virtual directory for testing. Any thoughts?

I have it hosted and have the problem, but while trying to test I am running it locally. I am just running from within VS so it isn't running in my IIS Server on my development machine. I am emailing you the log file.
Thanks
