Based on your other replies I assume you have a solution with a startup project that references Trinity.BusinessObjects.
Are you referencing the DLL for this from the startup project or have you added the project itself to the solution and referenced that?
Either way you could try removing the reference and re-adding it.....

This one was a Brain Dead Programmer Error. The namespaces were incorrect - I screwed them up when I re-organized the project.
