Hi Naomi.

>Unfortunately, later they switched to support forum and for me it's quite inconvenient to use.

We had to switch to forum-based support because we were getting as many as 2500 spams a day to our support email account. What makes it inconvenient for you? Any suggestions you have to make it more convenient would be appreciated.

>Besides, why do we have a category here for Stonefield as not to ask questions related to it?

That's exactly what this category is for and I'm happy to answer questions here. However, my preference is for you to post messages on our support forum or open a support ticket because:

- I'm the only one who comes here whereas there are three developers who access our support forums and ticket system.

- I usually only log on here once a day, early in the morning, so you may not get an answer here for 24 hours, whereas we usually answer questions within an hour or two on the support forums.

- If I'm on vacation, I may not check in here for a week or more so you won't get an answer for a long time in that case.

>We need to find out, though, if it's possible to do MailMerge directly from Stonefield.

There's a topic in the help file ("Creating Labels or Formletters Using Microsoft Word") that discusses how to do mail merge with Stonefield Query. SQ doesn't start the merge process; it simply supplies the data.
