No, it was my lament about me being unable to make clear what I think, and giving up in frustration.

The date of the revolt is beyond anyone's control, but knowing from experience (Miloševic), it may take very long until it comes. Any regime can balance for many many years, and suck the money out as long as they are able. And our guys really weren't that able.
