This is one of the reasons we're butting heads lately - you've left the path of reasonable discourse and are trying very hard to look for anything you can to justify moving away from the "traditional" support for women and minorities the Dems love to proclaim.

Mike, you are making a lie of your own principles - you're essentially saying that since she's a conservative Republican then she forfeits womens rights, feminism, and the supposed big umbrella of liberals and is open to ticky-tacky attacks and whatever kitchen sink garbage you all want to throw at her.

If you are a Democrat and the Democrats are such advocates of the common man (or woman), then the fact that she eventually graduated and went forward should be celebrated, right? Oh, but wait, that would be an expectation of principles. Something you appear quite willing to abandon to be a partisan.

This is why I'm not a member of either party; I'm not so eager to abandon my beliefs for political expediency. You really screwed the pooch on this post, Mike.
