You could make PartNo the controlsource for the column. Set the Bound property to .F. So that the column displays the text, but the control in the active row can be store values to another field. Then add a combobox with iPartKey as the ControlSource. Populate the combobox with the content of Parts. If you want to use a RecordSourceType of fields, you need to open Parts again under a different alias. Alternatively, you could use a query as the record source.
