For SSRS, it is usually
=Field
s!EntityPropertyName.Value ex: =Fields!LastName.Value
Once you select the BO as the datasource, do you see the BO props in the data sources window under the BO object when you expand the BO object? Usually you can just click on the property in the datasource window and drag it over to the report...
