Thanks to all for your help. I fixed last night via:
I recreated the stonefield tables etc.
Then I rebuilt the application.
Placed the recreated tables, dbc etc on users setup.
Ran the app, and voila no issues.

>As Yelena noted, the variable is probably "ccALL". This is a constant defined in one of our .H files, so this indicates a compile-time problem. As noted in the FAQ topic in our help file, this usually means you copied the SDT libraries to another directory but neglected to copy the .H files. Either reference the VCXs in your project from the original SDT folder or copy the .H files and recompile SDT.VCX and DBCXMGR.VCX.
