We are finally on the tail end and judging by the news, Hanna is dissipating as it moves north. It was only bad here around 6:30am (continuous wind, rain) after that, it was mostly rain with only wind gusts, no more steady wind. Lots of flooding here though. I'm in Cumberland County in the Fayetteville area only 1/4 mile from I-95.
