No relative, not even similar :). Jefferson didn't do any of the above. Now why are those things done in this century, one may ask. What was the need, what was the purpose, what was accompished?

And if that was the attitude towards the French, who aided the Revolution a lot (for their own reasons, of course) and was an ally since pretty much day one, imagine how they must love the treatment they got in other countries.
