Is this a question specifically about the FFC classes or more generic?

To restore any file from the FFC you can simply copy them over from the VFP 9 installation CD or any other clean copy of VFP 9. There's no need to convert them to some other format inbetween.

For text to class conversions, another tool would be my TwoFox (http://www.foxpert.com/download/TwoFox.zip). It generates XML instead of a PRG file. Therefore you would need both, the XML files and the tool to convert them back to VCXes.
