Any ideas on why the speed for a form to open would go from a few seconds to over a minute when a second user logs in?

Norton is not an issue, as I turned it off and it makes no difference.

Any views, are set to not load any data on load. Once form appears, in the init, I populate the one that is for a grid on the form.

Using the coverage profiler, this is the view that slows things done.

All key fields have indexes, all join fields have indexes.

In the load, event I do create a couple of view specific indexes. These however do not effect the timing of the load event.
