I figured it out before I saw your reply....next time I'm just going to wait and do something else while you guys figure it out (LOL)

BTW all I did was just stuff some code in the Form's resize method to resize the container in the toolbar. It's kinda of sloppy but seems to work perfectly

I'm worried that there's something the user can do to break away the toolbar as Tamar mentioned.
