Except that those were not my words. Those are the words used by Anderson Cooper. I was paraphrasing (it's almost exact) what he summarized after the investigative report was finished and they debated it on tv. Sorry if it appears to be my words, they are not.

I just read that paragraph again, and I wrote it very poorly. It does appear that I was writing my own view and not what the host and his experts were stating... Sorry! I need to read what I write more often...
