USE MyTable IN

Intellisense kicks in after the first letter in "IN", but it suggest "INDEX". So if I'm not paying attention, I type "IN" followed by a space and the line read

USE MyTable INDEX 0

I would like to remove the word "INDEX" from Intellisense for the keyword "USE" (who's using INDEX in USE anyway?)

I don't see the same on my machine, IN is suggested until I hit D, then it changes to INDEX.
