Intellisense kicks in after the first letter in "IN", but it suggest "INDEX". So if I'm not paying attention, I type "IN" followed by a space and the line read
USE MyTable INDEX 0
I would like to remove the word "INDEX" from Intellisense for the keyword "USE" (who's using INDEX in USE anyway?)
