Yep quiet a bit. They addopted also one of major capitalist 'utility vehicles' for exploitation of the unfortunate people.

It is called ILLEGALS
While factories are booming in Bejing , Shangay etc, massive numbers of people from rural China are flocking to towns
in order to get jobs, have better life in the big shiny city , etc.

There comes handy 'catch 22' ;

You need 'permission' for comming to live and work in Bejing for instance. And permission is hard or impossible to obtain!
So now they are thousands of 'city illegals' who are stripped of any legal rights, living often in dumpsters, working for peanuts, being cheated on pay, reported to authorities etc.
