Hi Robin,
Do a search and see if you find an older copy of Ctl32.h in another folder that is on your current Set Path.
I have the same problem some time ago and fix the problem removing the folder with old Ctl32 controls version from Set Path (or you can rename the folder with old Ctl32 version) and compiling the project again.
