i have this problem with the program onceonly which i use to ensure that the user only executes the EXE once only.
the program uses the WINAPI findwindow, bringwindowtotop and showwindow functions

the problem is

if i compile my prg as an EXE and distribute it, it does not run, however if the user machine has visual fox pro installed there is no problem.

i can understand that there must be some other file i need to have in the directory from where i run my program other than the normal DLLs that are used, but which one ?
