I get the "View Map" buttons, but not a "View All" that let me see all messages simply by scolling down and viewing them one after another. With the map, you have to click on a message, view that message only, click back, click on another, view that message only, etc., etc., etc.

A you a PUTM? Perhaps some of this is to make the life of the non-PUTM more difficult, thereby "encouraging" them to shell out the bucks for a PUTM.
