In .NET we designed control consisting of a textbox with a button to call calendar (Popup Calendar) + 3 combos for the time portion. I guess you can design something similar. I also recall that Marcia Akins has some datetime control and with Bhavbhuti Nathwani we worked on it a bit and he probably has it.
