Supposedly they believe the supply lines will be disrupted. One guy here was charging like $4.50 and when they asked him why, he said that he would have to pay $5.50 on his next delivery. Of course, that has nothing to do with the gas already in the tanks that he is selling at the higher price, but who cares about logic when you can stick it to people?
