They have become majority in Kosovo and Metohija (see how they insist on losing the "Metohija" part - because that word means "monastery land") by terrorizing the indigenous Serbs, Goranis, Turks, Rroma and even Catholic Albanians to sell and leave or just leave, while having 5-10 kids per family. And milking the system, of course - socialism meant you got aid for each kid, maybe not much but same for everybody, so it meant something at the low end. Miloševic had changed the law to "aid like before for the first two kids, very much for the third, nothing for the fourth and later", but it was too late.

I agree with you on the order of things. The Terrorism also acts as a media screen for the immigration plan.
