Six month back i developed a software for an indenting agent in which i am controlling all the communication part.
'Communication In' is entered by scanner source.
'Communication Out' is MS-Word auto standard created letter through OLE.

Now the problem:
My software is running with peer-to-peer network .
My Data and Logic resides with the Pentium 200 MMX with 32 MB as a server and all nodes having runtime visual foxpro working with Pentium 120 with 32MB.

After installation speed was not so good but still manageable but now the condition has arised that you have to click and wait for a minute and in case of MS-WORD opening it takes 2.5 to 3 minutes.

Being myself a network technical person tried all the upgradation in the topology and ethernet card but still the problem exist.

Pentium-120 is no doubt out-dated but there seems no problem where it can be so slow.
