There's a popular TV prog here: "Grumpy Old Men" where celebrities air their beefs with society (eg telesales people calling one at mealtime, telephone receptionists asking you to "Bear with me", telephone operator asking you to "Can you confirm your address?" when they haven't even told you what they think it is. It's not just phone ops they gripe about but these are just some that spring to mind (and also bug me). People say I'm an old grouch and should be on that show. Dragan would take up the whole show alone! ;-)
