There a few things you must make sure...create a shared directory, (in network setup) the protocol to be used is netbeui, install client for msn, and file and printer sharing for MSN. Under the properties of the client for msn don't forget to setup the domain name and the same as the server. Finally, make sure that the workgroup name is the same as the server's workgroup name (not necessary but makes life easier).

On the server, under user profiles, make sure that the user has dial-in access.

On the dialing computer, make sure that you enter the same username as the one setup on the server and the only protocol used in DUN is Netbeui.
