When you order there make sure they send you the box with the manuals, disks, etc. The German FoxPro user group used to offer a downgrade CD that includes VFP3, FPD 2.6 and FPW 2.6. It's available if you have a VFP 5 Professional license or higher. Not sure, if the offer is still available. The order document is there, though:

Finally, you can search eBay or similar platforms for older licenses.
