Why don't they just drink radlers? :o) I actually used to love those...

Some years ago it was something the landlord was offering.
This and the likes is sold as premix now. You can have in every sweet taste you can imagine. This is the sugar water I mean.

The tart beers are not easy to start with, but they better quench the dirst then the high sugars.
The premixed stuff also hides even more alcohol under the sugar then a normal beer would have.

In the times I've started with beer (at 14) the strong taste limited the amount. We have done a small one (0.25 l). On this amount normal people get not drunken.
I need some time to learn to bear it. Until that I have learned to deal with the whole problem.
Now the kids start with those sugar stuff and use it like lemonade. They are drunken before they get an idea what is happening.
