LOL, mine can't stand it either. I guess you'd have to be a fan to enjoy that movie. I saw it once on an IMAX screen! Picture Bob Geldof's eyeball filling that screen. Wait a sec., now I understand their reaction :)

>I don't think we were going to see PF anymore anyway because of Waters. I love to watch The Wall but my wife hates it and runs screaming from the room when I put it on.

>>Oh I saw that live! I also got a hi def recording of their set during that concert. Man did they ever sound good too. Better than what I remember when I saw them in Toronto in the mid 80s. I didn't want their Live8 performance to end. It was a real tease of what could have been.

>>As for Waters, I completely agree. Its too bad that it happened. Something about Gilmour, Mason and Wright's work after Waters left was lacking for me. I don't know if it was the song writing or performances but it just wasn't the same for me. Having said that, some songs like Sorrow were truly Floydian...I'm really glad Gilmour and gang carried on without that "egotistical jerk".
>>
>>Sadly we're going to have to relive "the Pink Floyd experience" via CDs, concert footage and the movie "The Wall". If only it could have been Blu Ray format (or some other high def recording).

>>>They did reunite for Live8. Briefly. Roger Waters - what an egotistical jerk. He almost destroyed the band.
>>>
>>>>My alltime favorite band is no longer complete. Mind you they were incomplete since Waters left but I was really hoping that they could reunite one last time and do a North American tour. Alas, it is not to be. A Real bummer indeed.

>>>>>Richard Wright, founding keyboardist for Pink Floyd, dead of cancer. I am bummed.
