If you use vbscript, it's not that difficult really

(1) Download from vfp
(2) make a vbscript that
      - copies the downloaded file
     - re-executes your main exe starting in the correct folder and with the good parameters

(3) execute the vbscript

Of course, it may happen that the executable is in use by another process. You may want to put a loop in the vbscript
