Just goes to show that you never can really tell ahead of time...There were a LOT of things B Clinton did wrong or didn't do that he should have, but all in all, I agree with you. Although ignoring his many blunders (I'm not referring to sexual here), it could be argued that he set the wheels in motion for what is happening today (Nov 12, 1999)...
