hi all,
we have the old version of our application running on a customers site. when they dial in on the terminal server, W2003 R2 SP2, and try to print they get the error 'NTVDM encountered a hard error'. I have tried a few things, changed the environment temp area to c:\temp, ran it as admin, used an application from the web that should help, cannot remember the name of it now though, and none worked. our aplication works fine it only whne they go to print does it give this error and crash out. any ideas?
