Make sure that 'hold_date' in SQL Server accepts NULLs
Insert INTO remotehistory (ordernum, custnum, hold_date, address) ;
VALUES (Changed.order, changed.custnum, IIF(EMPTY(changed.hold_date), NULL, changed.hold_date), changed_address>)
