You should not try to use such roundabout ways of expressing yourself. See what you've done? Everybody's now digging through histories of any countries they can remember, in pursuit of an exception to your rhetorical rule, and everybody forgot what this was about. Sometimes you can create as much confusion as I can do on a good day.
